If you have not already completed the Introduction to Agile Development and Scrum , we recommend you do so. This course will give you an overview of Agile and Scrum Methodologies and give you a better understanding of the need of Scrum in today's scenario.

This course has an Honors Final Project Honors in the next module that you can take to perform a SWOT analysis on the Scrum Master role. This analysis will help determine potential opportunities for the organization if the role is conducted well, or threats if the position is not executed successfully.
